  Asked for a quiet room 2 months before arrival in my reservation; got perhaps the noisiest one. The room is over a main thoroughfare of LA, meaning non-stop noise. NOT pleased. The windows must have been 40 years old. They should have been double paned! The owner left some earplugs in the room. Our room also smells a bit. So is the walkway. Had expected more from a BW PLUS. Free parking, OK breakfast, and decent rate partially compensate for the noise problem. The front desk is also efficient.

  Great location if your doing things in the downtown area. Rooms are beautiful. Very updated and modern. Lobby is small but there's no real need to be there unless checking in. Includes a pretty sufficient breakfast which is a definite plus. Staff is friendly. For a mid priced hotel it's a great place to stay. If I need something cost effective I would certainly stay here again.

  Best vacation ever! The GM is a very nice man, and he has an excellent staff of hard workers. I loved my room! EXTREMELY clean and it was put together very well. The Bed and sheets/pillows were to die for. This location is perfect! they have a nice parking garage as well as security. The breakfast is FANTASTIC and is always hot and fresh. The staff here are great people, and they made me feel very welcomed. The Room I got had the best view anyone could ask for! PLUS ALL THE NIGHT LIFE AND STREET FOOD RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!!! I will always come back to this location! THE HEART OF KOREATOWN-BW PLUS LA MIDTOWN HOTEL THANK YOU!! THIS WAS THE BEST VACATION EVER! I WILL BE BACK!! -Cody from HQ

  Staff is very friendly and helpful! Beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are awesome! Lots of eateries within walking distance. Security guard in parking garage 8pm to 7am. Enjoyed my stay! NO BUGS!!

  Great location. Rude male receptionist. Wow. Such attitude and hate for life itself. If you don't like you job go somewhere else. Unprofessional. Speaks with coworkers about hotel guests that "annoyed" him (aka made him work). All this while other guests are within earshot. So unprofessional and childish. Aside from this petty employee the breakfast was great and the accommodations were a good. Location was the best part of this place.
