  Lovely building! Outside looks old but everything has been updated. Rooms very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating! Hotel location was convenient to the sites of the City. Staff very helpful to get a cab or Uber to get you on your way quickly.

  I stayed for work but had to bring my dog with me, and this hotel worked perfectly for that. The hotel lobby staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was exactly what I needed (it wasn't plush but it had all the items I needed, frig, microwave, coffee maker, shower, internet,....). The breakfast was a treat for the choices in a small area. In fact, I liked the size because other guests were considerate in not clamoring over one another. Parking was $40/night----that was the only down side, and that parking could be difficult if a game is on at Wrigley field. Easy to get around from here as well!

  学生時と社会人になり、この辺近くに住んでいました。そのため、今もCHICAGOへ行った際にはBestWestern Plus Hawthorne泊まります。朝はミシガン湖へ散歩、夜はClack StやBroadwayで過ごせます。そしてとっても治安が良く夜、女子一人でも歩けます。DownTownまではLakeShore　Drからバースで約15分ほどとっても便利です。バス36番はDownTownから24時間運行しています。無料朝食（個人的にはかなり良い思います。）

  Staff was excellent, location great for our needs, and parking garage practically attached to the hotel. Hotel was well kept and breakfast offerings were tasty and had a good variety. [Location of the 'buffet' is a bit cramped, but do-able.] Pets were clearly welcome which I was glad to see/know [although we didn't use this amenity during this visit.] All in all, a great experience and I will only stay at this hotel from here on out! :)

  We stay in Chicago quite frequently. And we have yet to have found a hotel that accommodated me and my entire family the way that this hotel did. I truly admit that the staff at this hotel and all of the items that a hotel is rated by where more than Superior. The value of our stay was unsurpassed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location, cleanliness, management staff Mauricio and his entire staff treated us like family. During our entire stay we felt very comfortable and every request that we made was met with total satisfaction. By all means this is our go to hotel when we return to Chicago for whatever reason.
