  Great location for my needs working in Norwalk. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient lady at the desk when I checked in moved me to a quieter room. Morning had hot breakfast with; sausage, bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles. Other items were; apples, yogurt, pastries, cereal and coffee with juices as well. The lady kept everything quite clean and fresh.

  This is an adequate if older hotel that is well maintained. The walls are on the thin side so noisy guests can be an issue but I slept well and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast was good and the coffee above average for a Best Western.

  Pros: Good location. Updated, clean room. Satisfactory breakfast. Cons: Street noise despite facing the pool, occasional train noise. Had sink & bathtub drain issues (they offered room change).

  We loved this place from when we pulled in. The front desk person was very warm and understanding after a long car ride with 3 kids. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Also our stay included breakfast, in which they had a "make your own waffle" station that the kids loved. The pool usually had no one in it, so it was easy to relax. Lastly our hotel was close to shopping, the beach, and Knottsberry Farm. One of the top Best Western Hotels I have stayed in!

  Nice clean room, with all the basic amenities. For the price you can't complain if you just need a place to crash. The staff have an excellent attitude and we're very helpful.
