  Staff is super friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. You actually get a hot hotel breakfast, which has been rare for us since covid. It's fresh and the staff is constantly refilling/stirring/cleaning (even at 6:30 am which is when we were always there). The rooms are clean and the housemaids are really sweet. Microwave and larger fridge (with small freezer section) were a huge plus. The hotel is a little dated but that doesn't bother us..and if it doesn't bother you the proximity to downtown chandler made for some fun nights!

  Look for a cute girl named Elsa. She's the best. She works at the front desk. For the money that you pay, it's worth it. Not a 4-star hotel, but who cares? You can get a good night's sleep without worry. Highly recommended. 💜

  The facility is dated but being maintained in a usable condition. The room was comfortable and quiet but the sink/shower area needs maintenance. They were usable but the sink didn't drain well and the shower had low flow. Our room was serviced daily, which was a welcome service. There was minimal breakfast in the morning, the biscuits were hard as a rock. I even tried microwaving them but they were way too stale. Sausage gravy was thin and with little flavor. You can make your own waffles, which were good but I think the scrambled eggs were reconstituted powdered eggs and were barely edible. There were packaged hard boiled eggs that were good (inn the cooler). There is a juice/coffee bar (both were not fresh, but reconstituted in the machine). Parking was plentiful and seemed safe at night. Not a bad stay for the price but I wouldn't stay more than a day.

  Staff was wonderful. Breakfast food was good. Gentleman at desk in morning was not only efficient and polite, but also very humorous. A few of us there had a really nice breakfast because of him. I used the handicapped room, and it was terrific. You can't hear between rooms the beds are easy to sink into at the end of a long day. I highly recommend this Best Western.

  You get what you pay for. I appreciate the fridge, pullout bed, work desk, and microwave in our room. Room was pretty clean. Bed is comfy. Breakfast actually had a decent variety which was a pleasant surprise. McDonald’s conveniently next door. Overall, would consider staying here again.
