  This motel has potential. With that being said it needs to be managed better. They put us in the wrong room first off. Then they weren’t going to match the rate we had but finally did after we got upset. Breakfast was good when it was there. The place is clean but if you get a room on the east side that is next to a gas station get ready for thumping radio noise all night.

  Main Reason we stayed at this location it's close to NOLA race Park. Note 2 story building walk up stairs. Standard size double room we stayed in was nice. Friendly staff willing to help with questions. Nice central location for the area. Breakfast area was clean and well kept. Air Conditioning worked great and was quite. On site security for that added peace of mind.

  Hotel needs work. Carpets are dirty. Don't even appear to be well vacuumed let alone cleaned. Breakfast was great on day 1. Awful and momostly empty on day 2. Bed and room are adequate. Didn't live up to most hotels we have stayed at. We will nor return.

  The customer service is AMAZING. I have not had a problem with any of the concierge. However, the amenities are terrible. The fitness center treadmill had a loose track, the elliptical's stands were like slanted, so it was uncomfortable on my feet, and the weight pins were missing, so I could only use the top weight. The breakfast was not really enjoyable either. Outside of the amenities the room is great m the fridge is a great size, has a microwave and a "fresh remote". This place is perfect for anyone whoop just wants to sleep and go. But don't expect much outside of that. I REALLY like fitness centers in hotels so I probably would not return. Beds and front desk service were A1.

  This was a good hotel to stay at due to location to downtown and my uncle's house. The hotel was accomodating and provided a host of amenities. We enjoyed our stay overall but we did have trouble with our water not being hot during certain hours of the day. Not a big deal but after being out all day and night you want to be able to have hot water. After telling the receptionist at the front desk our issue his response was well if you want a discount here is the managers info. I wasn't reporting the issue for a discount I was reporting the issue so you could attend to and fix the problem. Overall had the water been tend to I would give this place 4 stars.
