  We had a wonderful experience with our real estate broker Mr. Sun. He helped us get our house sold fast and at a higher price than our neighbor’s comp. I was offered a job out of city and it is too far for us to commute back and forth every day. So we wanted to get our house sold quickly but does not want to sell it cheap. You know, just like any of you guys out there. ) We first met with 4 other agents in our neighborhood, and then we decided to choose Mr. Sun at Best Realty and Mortgage. Mr. Sun was confident that he could sell our home within the time frame we were looking for. Mr. Sun's comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in Southern California and specifically in this Los Angeles market has helped us make the best decisions we have ever made. Also I should point out that Mr. Sun is a very honest real estate agent; he told us the good and bad about all the possible outcomes upfront. And he is very accessible and responsive throughout every step. We even call him past 9pm or even during the weekends. He is always there to help us and explain to us the reason and any possible results. He is so professional, and with lots of knowledge. After working with him selling our house, I feel like I become a real estate pro already. ) We had a signed agreement of sale within 2 weeks of our home being on the market. Mr. Sun helped us every step of the way and didn't miss a single detail. We were even able to relocate before the closing. We sold our home quickly, for more than our asking price and our neighbor’s comp. I couldn't be more pleased.
