  I saw this ad on Craigslist, the price was very good so it was worth it for me to come in all the way from brooklyn. The repair time was under 1 hour and my iPad looks brand new now. Friendly, helpful and professional staff.

  Had one of the best experiences ever at an electronics store!!! The salesman who helped me "junior" attended my every need and took the time out to explain to me what to expect from the phone i purchased!! Would highly recommend this establishment!!!

  Horrible horrible service and horrible nasty used merchandise. THE PEOPLE IN THIS STORE ARE SCAM ARTIST!!! you walk in they tell you everything is brand new but when you get home you have visibly used merchandise. Oh not onlt that you get something totally different then what you ask for then you have to constantly keep going back and having them lie to your face and not want to give you a refund cause its "store policy " dont ever go there you will waste your time energy and money. I had to argue with all of them just for my money back. Out here trying to play people they need to close this place down !!!

  Returned bad product to be repaired. Its almost a year now. They have the money and the phone. I see court in my future. Liars and thieves.
