  Sydnee really helped me out in a crisis. Miscommunication with our plumber was going to put us over budget. Sydnee was fast, efficient, and is five star. The four star is for the return process. I was told at the warehouse it would be back on my credit card, when in fact it was store credit, which created an issue. Overall, recommend to use. Thank you, Sydnee especially.

  Have been here a couple of times. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I've gone in and bought things as tiny as 13 cents and still received great help and service. It also has a showroom where you can see different bathroom and kitchen designs.

  Went in to the showroom hoping to get assistance picking a new set of bathroom hardware. I have very specific requirements for the shower head and was in a hurry. I had to approach the saleswoman (who was on the phone at her desk) and ask for her assistance. After I described my needs for a hand held shower head with strong pressure, she told me to look at the sink faucets since all of them had showers to match (I thought I wanted a shower???? )Then we started to look at showers on-line. After being surley, and contradicting me several times, I decided she was not going to help me find what I need, and I will not be purchasing a shower head from your company despite the fact that I have the most lovely tiles I bought from you years ago in Mt. Kisco.
