  Great to see the owner of a company so passionate about providing the best service to customers, I am very happy to be part of the team getting it done. It's crazy that the owner of a company makes deliveries on weekends and public holidays to avoid bothering employees.

  This is a dynamite company who specializes in linen service. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years and whenever a mistake happens, because the mistake happens in business from time to time due to human error, the company and policy is to fix the issue within 90 minutes or less. I have been out of linen because I booked last minute parties on Christmas and the owner even delivered the linen for me personally. The owner left a family party just to take care of my restaurant. I just renewed my service agreement for 3-year extension. I don't have any other vendors that go above and beyond then the service I experienced I best Metropolitan linen. And the quality of linen is personally guaranteed by the owner. This company has the best service that I've ever experienced from any vendor i have ever worked with!

  Several years ago Edward Savarese, the owner of Best Metropolitan was sentenced to prison time for violating Federal Laws. They are professionals in commencing law suits for breaking service contracts. They provide a terrible service and when you cancel your five year contract, they will sue you for breach of contract and liquidated damages. The Attorney General should shut this company down. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BEST METROPOLITAN.

  This place is the most unethical, inmoral place I have ever worked for. As part of the management staff I witnessed first hand the Mother and son owners completely harass and intimidate employees. They employ mostly Hispanic immigrants to work in the warehouses because they are dispensable and can not fight for themselves. They also like to employee ex cons for the drivers positions because they say that they are expendable and fire at will. I personally witnessed the owners harass black employees simply because they were black and I quote “I don’t like the way he looks”. This place does not provide good service to its customers either. They inflate prices without any notice and they also add fractions of pennies to all the line item on customers bills every delivery essentially stealing from them. They trick new oncoming customers to sign 5 year contracts without them knowing and if they decide to discontinue service the customer is met with a inflated lawsuit. Place is full of thieves and liars. I give the -100 stars.
