Brought a pair of men's dress shoes in to be resoled. They charged $70, which seemed reasonable, and the work looked good. Unfortunately the soles they used were very soft rubber, and four months later were worn through to the leather. When I took them back and explained it was their work, and that I felt it should last longer than four months, they told me they could put on tougher soles for $90. So much for standing by your work.

You get what you pay for--top quality show repair from a master craftsman. They even threw a complimentary shine on a pair of dress shoes I had re-heeled.

Disappointed. Husband’s leather jacket zipper was broken and they said the zipper was still good, so that was not replaced. All it needed was a new zipper slider. And still got charged $28, with $7 discount (original is $35). Absolutely disappointed with the pricing. It’s not like the entire zipper was replaced. The slider part was the only thing that was faulty. Could’ve given a better pricing. Will not be a returning customer.

If I could rate this place more highly, I would. The prices are reasonable and the owner makes my shoes look newer than when I first bought them. I've been to a lot of places to fix my shoes and this place is the best I've found! I take all my leather boots and heels to get polished and reheeled and the results are always the same... just high quality workmanship. Thank you!!

I recently brought a pair of heels here to replace the heel caps. They recommended adding reinforcement to the toe as well, which I was hesitant about because they weren’t very expensive shoes in the first place and it was going to be $40 for both the repairs. I’m so glad I went with it though because they also managed to fix the worn down material (black snakeskin, not easy to repair) on the heels and toes, which was completely shredded off in some parts, for no extra charge. They look a brand new pair of shoes. Nice people and great work!
