  Price was reasonable but service was terrible. Entrance is not well labeled, very confusing, staff is not on uniforms, so ur basically yelling at people on the street trying to figure out where to go. But the worst part is the shuttle service. They don’t have enough vans for the amount of people using their service. After waiting for over an hour, we ended up using a third party shuttle service. Same thing on our way back... an hour if waiting, calling them on the phone, they would just say “we’re pulling up right now” and no van for an hour.

  Professional Staff, great customer service and overall a good team of young individuals that know what they are doing. Drop off to the port was fast and pleasant and upon arrival I contacted their 800 number and was greeted by a young lady who assured a shuttle would be dispatched to my terminal and boy was she right within a few minutes I was picked up and on my way. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

  Dirt parking lot. Had to put bags in the dirt while we waited on the shuttle to the port. Horrible service!!!! Upon return it took us an hour to get to lot from port. Within an hour, only one shuttle came and we missed it because we were told, by them, to stand in a certain place and that wasn’t where the shuttle stopped for the pickup back to the dirt parking lot. THEY ARE NOT THE BEST CRUISE PARKING BY FAR!!!!! If I could select zero stars for this review, I would. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else!!!! Horrible, horrible parking lot and service!!!!!

  Great Service and friendly staff departure was fast and efficient and upon returning the pick up was prompt. Will definitely use them again.
