::This place is the worst I was 2 days late picking up an item because I was called out of town when I went to get the item it had been sold. Ive also been here on 2 different occasions to sell scrap gold both times they said it wasnt gold but later I took it to a jeweler that buys gold and was assured the items were in fact gold and they bought the scrap gold. The employees are not very knowledgeable and need better training.

::Their merchandise are way too pricey/expensive, but when you pawn something worth a lot.... They practically want to have it for almost nothing.... They give super low prices for loans... Speaking from my own experiences.
