  This place is the worst I was 2 days late picking up an item because I was called out of town when I went to get the item it had been sold. Ive also been here on 2 different occasions to sell scrap gold both times they said it wasnt gold but later I took it to a jeweler that buys gold and was assured the items were in fact gold and they bought the scrap gold. The employees are not very knowledgeable and need better training.

  Their merchandise are way too pricey/expensive, but when you pawn something worth a lot.... They practically want to have it for almost nothing.... They give super low prices for loans... Speaking from my own experiences.

  They're fair, and decent. Only a few times I couldn't hash out a deal on buying pawning or selling merchandise.
