  You don’t need to be rude to your customers service even though they call and ask you some questions!!!!!!!! Not recommend these place!!

  I highly recommend this auto company for vehicle rentals. The price was reasonable and the Staff, in particular Joe, was extremely professional and kind. I had to return my rental early due to a conflict between insurances. While most companies take 3-5 business days to refund your card, this company refunded my car the next day. I would recommend that if you are not a smoker, be sure to notify staff so they will not put you in a vehicle that someone has smoked inside. The vehicle was a nice SUV with special pricing and handle my commute to the Valley just fine.

  The larger national car rental places were sold out last summer and I called Best Buy, and they had several cars for rent, at less than half of the other big guys. We rented a jeep which was maybe 2 or 3 years old, versus the bigger companies that have new cars. We didn't mind, and these guys were unbelievably helpful. I would highly recommend using them. It was a short trip by taxi from the airport, and the taxi driver even knew the place.

  Very knowledgeable guys. The going rate around town was around $150 per day and they were able to knock it down to $99. The car drove well and was very clean. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.
