  HORRIBLE WEBSITE! ****Great**** service team. They handled my complaint about being charged twice with vigor; everyone got involved, it was very clear who the manager was, she helped me through the whole process and even brought her boss over to supervise. Nobody blamed anyone else and they kept a cool head. Thanks folks.

  I've been shopping all over town for a washer dryer and a dishwasher. I was up the street at standard Appliance and was never approached by a salesperson. Stop by Home Depot and the sales staff didn't want to help you unless you went up to them and then you were too much of a bother. Friend suggested I try Best Buy. I went in and was looking for just a few moments and was approached by a salesperson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to buy and was treated with respect. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the Integrity they treat customers with.
