  Employees were patient, helpful, and I was able to make an exchange on an item with no problem (I did have my receipt.). As with other appliance stores the selections on items are limited,but more often than not they have what you're looking for.

  Stopped in for a quick visit on the way home from work. Found what I was looking for and looked around for a bit. I really like the updated layout of the store. At checkout, I was greeted and helped by Vicky. She is awesome. Not my usual location but I wouldn't hesitate to return.

  A Review for Best Buy HQ. 4/23/18 1240pm - 1:20 pm Best Buy , Baldwin NY. We came to the store to purchase a phone. The Verizon sales woman did not greet, acknowledge my husband and I after another salesman stated we were waiting for 20 minutes. She did not give eye contact nor spoke to us. We were intentionally ignored. therefore we left the premises feeling insulted. There was no civility, social skill or basic customer service applied. To provide feedback and not enable this behavior to continue, we attempted to call the customer service manager several times from 120pm- 140pm , no answer.l Therefore we are submitting this review. Vendors/Affiliates cannot be exempt from basic courtesy.

  Good experience. Helpful and knowledgeable. KEVIN (Geek Squad) very helpful and personable. DAVID (sales) good customer service. Clean store. I always like this BEST BUY store.

  Good location not so crowded neat clean shelves with well stock items friendly stuff. easy to pick up online order.. Love going here to pick up my online order..
