  Went the other day and walked around looking for something I couldn't find. They just opened so there was like 20 people there working. I had to go to the cell phone area and approach an employee for help. It would have been nice if somebody asked me if I needed help

  Love Best Buy! The drawbacks are mainly that it's so ridiculously busy, and it's a chore getting in and out of the parking lot. Understandable due to its location being right by Park Mall. As with most Best Buys, the selection is good. They rarely have unstocked shelves. The employees are very nice and I've never had a problem getting my questions answered.

  Good service and best selection of appliances. I went to several stores including Lowes and Home depot, both had limited selection and much lower quality. I found a high end dishwasher at Best Buy. The salesman, Jesse Thomas, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. No salesperson at Home Deport ever asked me, "can I help you", they never even approached me. In contrast, I had immediate service at Best Buy , 5plus stars!!!

  Great selection. Very knowledgeable employees. Prices are a little high on this you catch the good sales though. I make a purchase from a Best Buy store once every about 3 years. I buy Electronics multiple times a year.

  Best Buy has always had good customer service, but my experience last week moved it from good to great! I bought a Wenger backpack at Best Buy two years ago, which I was only willing to pay for because of the three year warranty, but when the zipper broke last week, I couldn't find the receipt I needed to get the replacement. Reluctantly, I returned to Best Buy to get another one, and when they heard my story, they pulled up my account information and printed the receipt. Thank you Geek Squad!
