  Over all Best Buy has great deals but the customer service here slacks. I came here to buy something with my daughter and the sales associates per section are never in their area. You have to find one and when you do they will try multitasking with numerous people causing your wait to be longer if they havent forgotten about you smh. Customer service here can be a real deal breaker.

  They HAVE to be hiring. If you live in the nearby area and are in need of a job PLEASE apply because they are clearly understaffed. There is no reason I should have to wait over 30mins to buy some dang earphones. I can’t remember one time I’ve ever been in and out of this place. The associates take forever to come to your assistance and have absolutely no sense of urgency!

  Poor customer service. You hey bounced attend from department to department and employees are too busy taking to each other to be helpful. Most of them didn't know how to look up inventory in the store!

  Best buy employee would not honor a price sign for a galaxy tab.she stated that was the previous price $229 and now they sell it for 279. Old price tag was still on the display board. Best buy at green acres mall.
