  I didn't give it five stars because there have been a few times I've walked in and could find NO ONE to help me. When I get someone to help when I am in there it is always great and people know what they are talking about. They always have good recommendations for things I need.

  As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a rep and asked if I needed help finding something. I told him what I needed and when I got to the department, a rep was waiting to assist me. Great experience from front to back. I would highly recommend this location!

  Bought an 2 terabyte external hard drive and used it. Ended up needing a bigger one with more space so I thought I’d return the one I have and exchange it then pay the difference. Apparently, my money and goods I bought from BEST BUY aren’t good enough. They told me no, that I was outside my time limit. PERFECT WORKING HARD DRIVE. Never shop at BEST BUY again.

  Was told deal was good through Sunday. Came back to store on Friday and was told deal was no longer good and that I would need to spend an extra 100 dollars. No good. Manager realized it was an employee mistake and refused to make it right . Edit - they didn't quite get me to the same deal but they did link my account to receive a free chrome cast and Google mini. I am still waiting on the credit through Verizon that they worked out as well as the additional products. On another note most of the employees realized the situation was lame and did everything they could do make it right. Updating from 1 star to three. Will change again once all products are received and I make sure everything is good.

  Usually get pretty good service. although being asked "Are you finding everything alright sir?" by every blue shirt in the store and being followed around is a bit unnerving. It's like ya man I'm just browsing around! I got my own shadow.
