::The staff in this store was very attentive and everyone I spoke to knew exactly where the things I asked for. I spoke to at least three and they were very helpful. The store had almost everything I was looking for and the one item they did not have they told me very swiftly. I found what I wanted and the checkout line was super quick.

::We came here to buy our Cannon 77D and we could not be more happy with our purchase. Guillermo, the Camera specialist, helped us through the whole process. He helped us pick which lenses would suit us best, found us the best price match out there, and in total saved us about $400 off retail value from everything. We were so satisfied with his service that we just had to go back to get SD cards and other accessories from this Best Buy rather than online. Excellent service, I can safely say this is the best Best Buy I have been to.

::I've been going to that store for years, since the mid 90s to early 2000s. On 2/18, my wife and I visited the store to exchange our Sony camera for a Canon T6i (over $800). We were assisted by Ayman and Ash, who both were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we contemplated whether we should consider a different camera. (Rafael was also helpful when my wife bought the Sony). The Canon box was damaged, and I requested a new box to ensure no damage was done to the camera. Salesperson suggested he will contact his supervisr for assistance. Jeff (supervisor) came and didn't even acknowledge us, which is fine, acted way to serious for his role, it's not even that serious. His exact words were, "I can't give you a discount because you're hung up on the box that you're going to throw away", mind you, I never asked for a discount, rather a new box. That made me feel so cheap as if I'm begging for money and left me speechless. Very rude, unprofessional and lack of customer service. I've been a in various companies, and currently a supervisor at higher level of organization and would never treat someone that way. He walked away before I can even say a word. Jeff needs training, discipline and ability to interact appropriately with customers.
