  It's a Best Buy. Staff have been very helpful if not always knowledgeable, but willing to try.

  I was the recipient of excellent customer service. Sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

  Great customer service. Staff were all extremely young (like early 20's), so they didn't understand all of what I needed for setting up a remote call and cameras for a training in a conference room. They acted as if they'd never been in a conference room, but they were very nice and did their best to be helpful.

  Truck drivers beware: do not deliver here after dark. No lights at docks. The back alley is tight. You have to know what you're doing to be brave enough deliver to the DC area, generally speaking, but bring an extra pair of eyes and a very good flashlight if you find yourself delivering here after dark. If Best Buy reads this...please light up your docks. Nobody wants to damage the property-or their truck- trying to back in to a dark cave.
