  I was helped at the computer Department by a guy named Spencer if I'm not mistaken and he was above and beyond very professional and very friendly service. Also in the Appliance Department I would like to mention Cody who helped me there and did a great job as well.

  Best Buy has found a way to stay unique and keep their experience comparable to online while giving you expert advice when you need it. This store doesn't disappoint. Great people and a great atmosphere to learn and feel out the product you're interested in.

  I go to this best buy as the main. I like to just walk around see stuff on sale and snag a deal off of some open boxes. The employees are nice and helpful. Comparably the open box selection, as well as in store product the one in lone tree/centennial is bigger imo.

  Their prices are now competitive. The location is convenient and the ability to get what I want immediately is important. A home run really if they can improve and lengthen their return time.

  The customer service is wonderful. I love all the beautiful displays they have created in the store for demoing products. A few of them were not hooked up properly and that should be a priority but overall this is where I like to shop and demo products. Another great addition is that they also have a separate display store for high-end TVs with more natural lighting so people are not buying just based on brightness. I am a big fan and it gives so much more realistic representation of what people will be seeing.
