  Went for a CD for my husband. Yeah I know...who buys CDs now days? Well, unless your looking for today's top 10 at Best Buy, not you. But they have a great selection of electronics. I stood in awe of the crazy TVs out now that's for sure. Walmart needs to up the game. I had no idea!

  I went in looking for a new television relatively the same size as my old one, but with all of the bells and whistles. I wish I could remember the employees name, I'll have to get it next time I'm in the store, but he helped me find something that was in my price range, but with the quality I was looking for. He seemed like he now what he was talking about, because I did some cursory research for the weeks leading up to my trip to the store. I'm pleased to say I now have a nice, new television that is much smarter than my previous one. They keep the store clean enough and everything always seems well merchandised.

  A person broke into our house and stole a gift card from Best Buy worth $315.20. We immediately called Best Buy and asked them to put a freeze on the card and reissue a new card. A few hours after that phone call, the thief was able to use the gift card and leave a remaining balance of $35 because Best Buy failed to freeze the card. Consequently, Best Buy then refused to reissue the gift card. Each time I call in to explain that they failed to freeze the card, half the people are to lazy to listen or read the case and the half of the people just pass me on to someone else.

  Best Buy has been around for years. They’re typically good for offhand things that you need electronically. But most the time if you’re intentionally going there to find something specific chances are it will be out of stock. I love their price match feature. Customer service can be hit or miss but generally speaking they are well-intentioned. Again if there something that you need specifically I would suggest calling ahead save your self the gas money.

  Really liked this place until they recommended me to switch from Verizon to sprint. Everything would have been great if they knew what was going on and what the steps were after the switch happened. It took 9 hours(after being told it would take no more than 1) to switch. Instead of leaving without paying anything, I paid 2000 which included 250 per each new phone in a 6 phone line due to unknown reasons(takes it off the bill I guess). Then 3 different employees told me 3 different things on what to do with my Verizon phones. Sprint bought out my old phones and apparently the Best Buy employees thought I would just keep them? Doesn’t make sense. Then another said I have to take them to a sprint store which was also not true. Finally after spending time and being charged 3,000 dollars by Verizon, I finally got it figured out and received Visa cards from sprint for the bill.
