  Indeed a "Best Buy" I bought an air conditioner and the sales personnel were friendly and courteous and professional. It was a quick and easy transaction. I was escorted to my Uber and thanked for my purchase.

  For me a good review has never been a one time experience, I’ve been here a couple of times and I can say with confidence that I’ve had very commendable experiences. They have a very wide range of products, with competitive prices. Good customer service from the concierge there, with no hassles on their return policy. I bought my MacBook Pro there, and the price and quality of product was good. Also it has ample parking space, and good accessibility to this place.

  Knowledgeable employees really took the time to explain how items worked and the best items to use for my needs. My representative knew his stuff and impressed me with the way he multi tasked handling more than one issue and customer at a time and never losing sight of what was going on and who needed what. He also made sure he didn't lose track of the intimate relationship with each customer! I've forgotten his name but Gateway Center Bestbuy rocks!
