::Went into the store today to buy a kindle. Unfortunately the products were all over the place. They were in the wrong spots and marked as different prices. When I asked them to honor the lower price manager shot that down immediately citing that the product was not behind that tag. The product was behind a tag of another kindle they didn’t even have in stock and when she realized that she was quick to remove the incorrect tags but not to honor their mistake. I have been shopping at this store for years and have never had issue. When a product is mismarked you have to honor the lower price. Otherwise it just feels like they are trying to steel your money. You lost my family’s business today.

::One of the best stores around, super friendly staff that are always the same. Great selection of new tech. Store is set up well and everything is easy to find. I tend to purchase online but always seem to find competitive items at best buy. This is one retail store that will always be my go to store.

::Have been to this Best Buy quite a few times and every time I go its decent. I have never encountered a long wait time, nor a rude employee, plus the staff is pretty knowledgeable. Give it a four star because each time I go take me a while to find someone that is free to help me for items I need help finding. Other than that no complaints from me.

::Dealt with these guys on two occasions. First, my computer under warranty wouldn't turn on - they refused to fix it without letting me take the hard drive out. I had to go through the manufacturer, which solved the issue without any problems. Second, they mistakenly charged my BB card instead of using the reward points, even though the cashier said reward points were used. Their credit card tells me to call the reward points number. The reward points representative tells me the call the store. The store's representative can't hear over the phone. Eventually, he says that he can't solve the problem and I have to come to the store. Now I have to drive to the store, and who knows if the problem will be solved.
