  This location is the only store in the setauket area that closes at 9 where everything around it closes at 930 or 10 pm..i work till 8 i flew here to get an item for my kid the 4k black panther steel book case blu ray as i walked up to the door which was propped open i was greeted by an angry manager that screamed at me "we are closed" the item i wanted was 20 feet away from me and there was a bunch of them. So i said sure ill come back tomorrow after work and asked if they could hold one for me he yelled no and then the rest of the employees congregated at the door to gawk at me as i walked away. Well today after work i first went to the patchogue location and they ran out too, so i drove back to setauket tosee if they still had it and of course they didnt...when asked if i could order it i was told in store item only...thank you this is the reason i stay away from bog box stores, Amazon now permanently has my movie purchasing buisness regardless of special edition or not.

  The good: A lot of people to help and very knowledgeable. The bad. Very suspicious of returned defective products. Should have just said I wanted a refund. I don't like suggestive accusations. Keep your mouth shut and do your job. Product was in my possession for 24 hours of which within the first 5 minutes I knew it was going back. If I didn't have to return the product 4 or maybe even 5 stars. I don't mind unboxing and invoicing what's supposed to be in the box but plug it in, turn it on, see if what I'm saying is true and then unnecessary comments like I dropped it. Amazon, it's broke, okay, new on the way, send back defective one. Thank you.

  Great selection of all technology. Prices rival those of Amazon and other retailers for some things. Usually things are only a few dollars more, though it depends I guess. That is the deal with brick and mortar stores though. You pay a little more if you need it instantly. Their gamers club unlocked is great for those who purchase physical games. All new games, including non-new releases are 20% off so you save quite a bit if you buy a few games a year. Way better than GameStop for buying physical video games. PC game selection is meh but that's how it is pretty much everywhere now. Here's the downside: the employees are pushy as all hell if they are sales or maybe just all of them. I guess that's the deal when you have people working on commission. When going in to buy a computer, TV, or any other high end or new tech (not necessarily expensive), expect to be watched like a hawk if you manage to let them leave you be. Just let me be Best Buy employees, I know more than you.
