  Very attentive and helpful staff. Makes all the difference. Ariel has helped me now on numerous occasions- he is very friendly and knowledgeable, takes time to make sure I have all the information I need in answering my questions. Adrian has also assisted me, and during this last trip, a few people at the front of the store helped me by calling over the person who could answer my questions. Things can get busy like any store, but the people here to genuinely care about helping you.

  My experience here was unexpectedly good during my last visit. I arrived to pick up an item that was placed via my Chase rewards program. I was promptly notified that it was ready for pick-up, and when I arrived, I was served promptly and professionally where my item was waiting in the pick-up cage. My item was factory sealed and the transaction took less than two minutes. In the bag it went, and out the door I go; right past the annoying loss prevention person stationed in front awaiting a potential larcenist.

  Friendly staff, fairly price products with their nice price match policy online. Best buy has been a nice one stop shop for all my electronics online or in store needs. Had a bad experience on refund and they have yet not processed it. I gave up after 1 month. I will bump it down further if refund still doesn't gets processed. You guys have my number, feel free to contact me.

  Бардак в магазине. Пришел купить навигатор, половина навигаторов на стенде просто не работают. Хотелось как бы перед покупкой пощупать, протестировать, полазить в меню. Нет, зачем? Берите навигатор на 170 баксов в слепую
