  Love Best Buy! As soon as you come thru the door you are greeted with a great big smile and a welcome! They make you feel so at home! Employees are really familiar with the products in the store and can give you great advice on what to buy!

  Initially purchased new laptop which had a defect with mic I had no idea policy was 15 days since most big brand companies give you 30 days, REP was kind enough to make an exception got home and as I went on to open tape off box seemed a bit weird tape wasn’t completely stuck on box, turned on computer and everything seemed like it had already been set up it seemed a bit personalized to me. I tried no to make much of it , screen then started turning blue fan on hardrive was working pretty fast and computer it self was getting pretty hot from bottom, took it back explained everything and got my money back but still got charged a restocking fee. It seemed very unfair since to start off computer had already been opened everything on it was set up I didn’t even set up virus protection it was already set up . Didn’t need anything else from store and I wasn’t sure id want to take the risk of getting another used product . Last but not least seems like no one is in store to pick up the phone I’m calling for 40 mins NO ANSWER !!!! Take your money and time somewhere else .

  Went there to pickup my xbox one games that I ordered and was out in 2 minutes very quick and the guy who greeted @ the door directed me to the place where I needed to pickup my stuff great service

  If I could I would give negative stars. I purchased a vacuum here after I took it home and try it realize the vacuum wasn’t going to work as advertised. i called costumer service and explain to them I had used the vacuum but it wasn’t working as advertised. They told me that wasn’t a problem and I should be able to return it to the store. Once at the store they said they couldn’t accept the return I been dealing with this issue for a week with out being able to return something that doesn’t work. Stay away from Best Buy!

  I can't stand this company I try to avoid them like the plague. First of all the customer service what is that! I've never been approached by staff ever, if your hustle is shoplifting and reselling on the street then this is where you need to be cause they pay no attention to customers. My second issue with this company is they claim they price match either local or online retailers will I got a pair of speakers that they sold for 99.95 but Amazon had them for sale for 71.00 when I showed the cashier of course she told me they couldn't honor it because a 3rd party company would be shipping them to me and not Amazon well hello that is how Amazon works they are pretty much almost always just a middle man they only stock a small percentage of the items that are available on there website. Don't offer something if you don't intend to honor it. I can't wait for the day when Amazon crushes best buy and runs them out of business...
