  Good store I have to wonder about that price match guarantee currently in place... Amazon from the employee said they would honor the Amazon price if Amazon was the maker and the shipper? Before they would just honor Amazon fulfilled items... so making this policy of Amazon making and sending items not possible to price match under there current policy rendering not being a true price match company

  I live Best Buy I usually buy online and then pick up my order. This time I walked through the store with my daughter. She found something she wanted and then price checked it on Amazon and was able to save 30%. The girl looked it up on her phone snd issued the discount right there. It's a very big store I found there prices fair and I still buy 85% of my video game's there to get my gamers 20% off discount on all new games. Plus take advantage of their open box special's they usually have great deals. 8f your online look near the price it should tell you other prices some might not be close but the can ship many of it. GOOD LUCK

  Surprisingly they were pretty helpful yesterday. I've shopped in this Best Buy before and I've had entire trips wire spent a half hour or more in the store with no help during my entire visit. Yesterday I was not only able to get one person to help me with little need to get their attention, but actually two as I was just browsing around. Normally is Best Buy struggles to have one rep managed to give you any assistance, but yesterday was definitely an exception. Considering it's the only electronic shop in my area, I have little choice to shop elsewhere so I will go back here, but as far as customer service goes it can be very hit-or-miss

  The Geek Squad staff was really helpful. I suspected my iphone battery needs to be replaced because it drains out really quickly. He did a quick battery diagnose and explained to me that the battery still has 83% capacity so the issue that I experienced must be something else (like a new App that I started using lately or something) not that battery itself. I also asked him about the oil drop seeping into one corner of my phone. He informed me that won't affect the battery life. I really appreciate his knowledge and will definitely come back to them if I have other electronic issues in the future. My phone continued to have the battery issue. I had to do some further diagnosis on it, like deleting some Apps, optimizing some settings. The battery seems to be lasting a bit longer now.

  I really like coming to this store. My pick-ups are always ready. The store has a nice layout. They also have a ton of smart home products and they are never out of stock. On the occasion that I've returned something the staff have taken great care of me. I used to avoid Best Buy and simply order what I wanted at Amazon. However, the price match and their prices have generally been better.
