::The staff were rude and seemed to busy to help customers. I literally had to ask one girl to please stop what she was doing and help me. Lots of attitude---no customer service skills. Another staff member tried to help but had excuses for not knowing about an area instead of just getting someone who was more knowledgeable to help. The store was not busy and now I know why. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Best Buy.

::The staff here are unprepared to answer technical questions correctly and honestly. I constantly overhear them telling non-technical people some wildly incorrect nonsense. They are also always out of stock on items vital to the sale. Microsoft should sue them they are doing such a poor job selling the Surface Books/Pros. Most of those units have no power so you can't even test them, and every Best Buy I've been to has been out of the pens and/or the keyboard covers for months, and they just laugh it off. Literally. Just an awful experience all around. You're better off shopping on Amazon.

::First negative review I have ever left but I had to let people know. This locations sales are so low they don’t know how to help you purchase an item. Bought 2 computers after that experience and then tried to return one because it was slow and they wouldn’t let me making excuses. So went to a different store and did it. Won’t be back personally.
