  This place has great customer service as the volunteer to go with you to find something that you can't find, the point is the customer service is really nice and second, they have a lot of electronics, appliances, televisions, gift cards and more! On my birthday I'm getting a Windows 10, only for 1,000 dollars, cheap prices, litteraly it feels like a computer that would cost even more that it, come here if you are a high tech person

  Always find what I need. Great selection and staff are helpful but not pushy.

  I came to Best Buy with questions about a Google Home. I was interested in a smart speaker but didn't know which one to go with. An associate named Bryan M assisted me with all of my questions and did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of the product. I ended up purchasing the Google home and I've been enjoying it ever since.

  I went into the Bay Shore store today with my Mac laptop. I went to Geek Quad since I’m having a problem with my lap top that I bought from them about 5 years ago. A very nice manager said can I help you I explained my problem when another guy cane over and boy did things change! The attitude on this guy was unbelievable!! He was telling me with only having very little info that my warranty was expired. I explained I bought a extra 5 year plan from Geek Squad, but I wasn’t sure how long ago it was. He with a huff and attitude punched in a few things and said no I had nothing. I’m not sure he even looked anything up but ok. So I said how much would it be for them to look and figure out the issue. He said well it’s your hard drive so it would be $216.00. He didn’t do anything with my computer , he didn’t even open it! I said how could you know that without looking at it? He said his manager told him. WHAT!!! The manager never even touched my lap top. This guy was so nasty and arrogant and could not be bothered having to do anything, it was so obvious. I told him I would go to Apple directly and asked his name since he did not have a name tag on. He refused to give me his name and said he was nice and he has this problem all the time. I said maybe then you should realize it’s true then!! I asked 3 more times for his name and he wrote down a name , I’m not totally convinced it was really his name. He said it was Joshua B. It happened Wednesday, April 11,2018 at 4:20pm. Best Buy needs to get rid of the people who clearly have attitudes and don’t want to work and make room for the people who do. I will take my business elsewhere.

  Conveniently located in Shopping Center right Sunrise Highway. Servicing Bayshore and adjoining areas in Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Usually Crowded but moves along must. Clean facilities with a Friendly Staff. Best time is week days in the early afternoon. We will definitely be going back.
