  Best Buy is horrible now. They have changed their warranty process. They have very disrespectful kids working the Geek squad and customer service. I have made several complaints to the corporate office about their horrible customer service. I will never shop here again. I would rather buy all my electronics from Walmart. I suggest you do too. The Best Buy at the fountain of el paso is the WORST.

  Special thanks to ELDI who was suprememly helpful in helping my mom set up her entertainment system. It’s exactly what she wanted and for the right price. It couldn’t have been done without ELDI. I would recommend him to friends and family again.

  They need a better staffing with more knowledge. It's like I'm invisible when I'm in the store searching for help. I have to ask the poor cell phone guys for help . Best buy employees should know at least what a ctype charger is
