  Helpful staff, quality merchandise, plenty of parking. A bit of a hassle driving due to construction related to the new casino being built nearby.

  Great service, within walking into the door an associate asked if I needed help, and offered assistance. She recognized I was looking at the new release video games, and also offered insight on the Nintendo Switch. They're in stock she mentioned as well as showing me the latest amiibo and games. When we checked out, the cashier was also very friendly, and even gave me in-depth personal opinion about the game I was purchasing. It's good to have employees who actually use and know your products. Good job Best Buy, I'll be back when visiting the area

  The first employee who attended me was nice but he didn't give me enough information about the product I asked him and he didn't try to show me more similar products and try to make me buy other options I was disappointed and 5 minutes later walking to the door an other employee came to me and ask if I needed help I asked the same question and he helped me a lot( he said I speak Spanish or English and I am here to help you any time ) I think his name was Christian ) So he showed me with patience all the products I wanted to see, he knew all the information about it and I made a purchase which I wasn't planning to make it that day but with the great attention I was convinced to buy. I give just 4 stars because THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT TRAIN ENOGUH TO KNOW ALL ABOUT THE PRODUCTS.

  I've had wonderful customer service each time i've been here, employees have been SUPER and the geek squad was beyond awesome for me!

  My family and I went to Best buy (Everett) to bring back our tablet and didn't get h is name but, he was very good and informative (impressive) and the next person who helped us was Nick and he was Outstanding!!
