::I needed to talk to the Geek Squad. Depending on who you actually spoke with weighs heavily on how I can rate Best Buy. The 2nd guy in the late evening was excellent. It Turns out the computer needed to be sent out and is covered because I have an extensive warranty. There was one person ahead of me and it was time consuming but it takes time. I can't complain, all went well. However, the 1st visit in the early morning I was ill advised perhaps because it was very busy. I was told to erase everything which is ridiculous without backing it up. BUT I repeat it depends on who you speak with there.

::I read online that they recycle electronics. I had a bag of old phones. There was no drop box for that in the vestibule, where I had remembered seeing the recycling bins. I was advised by the store greeters to go to customer service. After waiting for 2 other parties to be serviced (maybe 10 min.? I'm okay being patient), I showed my bag to the associate and was told I could leave them on the counter. The guys up front could have told me that or just taken the bag.

YOU KNOW THOSE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND WITH BLUE SHIRTS DOING NOTHING! HAVE YOUR TOP BOSS THERE GO BACK TO BUSINESS SCHOOL WITH AN EMPHASIS ON HUMAN CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! YOU GUYS NEVER EVER ANSWER, RIDICULOUS! Had to edit, one more thing the employee culture there is to avoid customer and they're always standing around talking to each other! when a customer walks up SHUT UP and say welcome, may I help you? Talk on your break, for crying out loud!!!!!!!!!! Oh and stay off your phone!!!!!!!!!
