  I love Best Buy they're always very helpful if you don't know something about any kind of electronics they all you have to do is ask

  My wife went in to get price's on laptop's and the sales people were nice she came home talked to me about them and we both went to Best Buy and bought one good people

  Best buy is ok and not my preferred spot for electronics. I personally don't like the return policy. If you purchase something and don't like it in a couple of days you can only return it if something is wrong with it. That is crazy, I have to break it then they would accept it. Some employees are not so friendly. I will use them if I have no choice.

  The sales people here are trained very well and always greet me warmly. They didn't have what I needed but also didn't let me leave until they had the Item on the way to my doorstep. So mission accomplished. I love Best Buy for trying to go out of there way to make my trip worthwhile.. A lost art in Customer service can be found at this locations Best Buy!!

  I have to give this Best Buy a high score. They are far and above the most friendly and helpful store compared to the other locations and there product inventory is typically higher. I can go here and actually find what I am looking or it is stocked as the website said it would be. The employees are knowledgeable and one in particular in the computer section John I believe, he is a college student but knows his stuff. This Best Buy is the best in the metroplex. Keeping up the good work!
