  Staff is very helpful. The store is connected to the mall, which is very convenient, and even has an enterence from the outside. Bathrooms aren't very clean though. The store has many selection in TVs, computers, phones, and game consoles. Good store, but please improve on the bathroom cleanliness.

  Parking in front of the Best Buy store is a nightmare on the weekends because it is located in the mall and near the small lot next to BJs. Customer service is trash. I had ordered something online for same day pick up at this location and waited all day and turned out that the product wasn’t even in stock at that location when I called the store. So why say it is available and ready for same day pick up at the store?? And when I called the store the lady who answered gave attitude. So I cancelled my order and bought it at Target instead...for cheaper!

  I was greated by a young salesperson named Brianna. She rescued me from a complete meltdown. I had been having a three day horror show with Sprint and Briana jumped in to help. Her demeanor was calm and comforting. She reviewed every option and I made a great cell phone purchase. What a wonderful young woman. Best Buy in the Palisades Mall is lucky to have her.

  Let me start off by saying Angelica in Mobile is the most amazing person I’ve ever had to encounter at a Best Buy store. She has given me the best customer service I’ve ever had at any retail store. She is so sweet takes her time and had to deal with my account which was a mess. She dedicated her time to making sure the situation was handled to our expectations. I recommend everyone go and ask for her when you need any services at Best Buy Mobile. She is a true professional and living in Nj I will go to that Best Buy just because of the great service she has given to me and my husband.
