  Good friendly service great prices especially on big items and appliances they also carry the latest phones on the market and of course they have the geek squad, they will come to your home hang your TV'S in a professional manner.

  This location has improved a lot over the years as Best Buy has transitioned more into showroom type locations to save their retail store presence. It's actually turning into a great place to browse for appliances at this location and they also have a nice selection of smart home type products on display. Be prepared to be harassed by the huge quantity of staff members in every department that ask what you're looking for and if you need help. Seems like there's always 4-5 employees standing around hanging out. I don't think you can leave the store without being approached 6+ times. To some people that kind of obnoxiousness is a good thing in a technology store though, so it may just be considered "customer service" to many.

  Had an appointment to sign something with the geek squad at 7 pm, happened turn o be close by around 2:30, so I thought I would stop in as a walk in to save myself a trip later on. Unfortunately the girl working rudely told me it would take to long to get the paper for me to sign, so I would have to come back at 7! Really? There were no customers in line and no appointments for a while on the board (except mine). I asked for my computer back which she said I couldn't do because it was being processed. Finally talked to someone else who offered to have me sign the paper or take my computer immediately. He refused to give me my money back even though they hadn't done anything yet. I took my computer and left. That girl was horrible, but the guy at least tried to be polite...

  Best buy. Overpriced stuff you can buy on Amazon for half the price. It's nothing wrong with this particular Best Buy. In all honesty, this is one of the best ones I been to. It's that Best Buy as a whole corporation is the epitome of overpriced. If you really need to go to a brick and mortar store, then just go to fries or a local parts store. Also please don't use Geek Squad. They charge so much for something a local genuine person can do quicker and at a fraction of the price.

  Service has definitely improved the past few years. Sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. On a previous visit I had 2 associates helping me. I traded in an old tablet for a newer model. They transferred my data and wiped the old tablet. Trade in offer was awesome and another discount popped up when she rang up the sale. Appliance sales rep was very helpful on my last visit. Sometimes prices are better than Amazon. They also price match.
