  Not impressed! I walked up and saw a salesperson and asked if they could help me find a new charger for my laptop. He basically pointed to the appliances and said and I quote: " one of the aisles over there. Hopefully you'll find what you need." Seriously? Who hired this guy? And why is he still working here?

  Prices are way too much, no layaway,and not a great selection of movies, cds. Looked pretty bare in there. Although my favorite item was on sale, I couldn't afford it.

  Very friendly staff and easy to find what you need. Amount of items in stock is a little smaller for some items but the employees will help you find or order what you need.

  What is there to say... I always enjoy walking around in a Best Buy and putting my hands on the latest tech. When their prices are competitive on something I want, I buy it from there. The Samsung TV I bought is still working very well as can be expected.

  Great place to come in and pickup an item for quick pickup. They have always been a fast and friendly location. Great location near Uptown Charlotte. Parking could be better but I think the building owners are aware of that.
