::A common best buy place. But the staff are really helpful. They are kind enough to share feedback and reviews on the product ( even if the reviews are negative, they are diligent enough to share it with the customers)

::Really interesting staff here who, despite having specifically been trained in whichever department, all proficiently and consistently assert that 'Whatever Department You Need' is 'Somehow the ONLY one they can't help you with. Shucks'. Coupled with an unwillingness to actually introduce a specialist (Geek Squad/Mobile/etc.) that you didn't need, it's probably best to price-match with literally any other company. I lived in Cambridge; the staff here have made Target and Amazon a small fortune funding my love of electronics. If you must buy in person from BB, the travel time to the Everett/Medford location is more than worth the effort.

::Went in to buy a tablet. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Was able to buy what I wanted in rapid fashion.

::My worst shopping experience ever. I got scammed, TWICE in 16 days. I've got a 65" piece of junk Samsung QLED in my room, they swapped the cables on me. Two weeks ago...I'll wrote a more in depth review, I'm too frustrated right now, I want to be fair, I need a clear mind. One thing for sure though, this has been a long 3 weeks. I'm definitely going to be knocking in the right doors, comes Monday. I've been waiting months. This hurts!

::I was suddenly stopped at the door and had my bag searched after making a purchase. The attendant at the door said he needed to see if the items in my bag matched what was on my receipt. I have NEVER had that happen to me in a store before (plus I went to the same Best Buy location only days before this incident and was not stopped at all). I was not acting suspicious and was simply walking out after making a valid purchase which was verified. I called the store and the "customer service manager" gave me nothing but "talking points" with no apology, basically saying it was store policy and that the employees "just do their jobs". He also said this procedure is supposed to be done to everyone that walks out of there (which sounds like BS to me) I told him that he wasn't listening and then just hung up on him. No matter how you slice it, this store evidently does not respect it's customers if it thinks they can search and humiliate people anytime they like. If this kind of stuff happens all the time, then it needs to stop. The airport and certain other high security places are one thing, but searching every customer that walks out of a store? Gimme a break. They already have cameras as well as security scanners at the door. Searching people for no reason is ridiculous. Beware of this place.
