  Took them over an hour to grab my part that didn't even required tools to remove. Plus it only took 30 seconds to remove.

  Good selection on parts without all the labor.....they pull the parts so price may seem a bit high. You find the part they pull it

  I work at a body shop in queen creek and have never dealt with service this bad. the man talking on the phone said he would be wasting his time checking to see if they had the frame I needed on their property, and that I need to send myself or another employee down to look for ourselves. Keep in mind that's at least 45 minutes each way... and when I mentioned we work far away he pretty much said he doesn't care. Never use them. warning all people and shops they are lazy and do a half ass job as employees. i will happily take my business elsewhere.

  THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER I'VE BOUGHT PARTS AND HAD TO CALL BACK TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY ARE GETTING DELIVERED ONLY TO FIND OUT 2 DAYS LATER THEY DON'T HAVE A DRIVER ALL ALONG THEY TOLD ME MY STUFF WAS ON THE TRUCK ON ITS WAY I'M THE NEXT STOP LAME ASS BS GET SOME REAL HELP AND YOUR PLACE WILL DO MUCH BETTER

  This place sale bad parts. And they dont refound money. Dont buy parts from this place. I have issue with a transsmission
