  Exactly three years ago a friend was found "eligible for services" by this organization. While the eligibility letter did state that the friend "was eligible to apply for OPPWDD services"; the organization may no attempt to reach out to the disabled person or the advocate at the time. Three years later; the individual still sits without services but dreams of working, and no one to help her.
