  You can tell management here is kinda racist. Especially the owner who acts like a pri** sometimes. Their parking space is unorganized. Instead of having us have passes so we CAN park they rather tow us for no reason.

  This place is a total dump. Sorry but true. Big pot holes 🕳 dumpy trailers trash 🗑all over the place. Dumpy cars that don't run parked in front of trailers. People selling tires are wheels in front yard? Needs to be cleaned up

  Mobile park itself isn't too bad when it comes to safety and cleanliness, but their management is bogus - hypocritical. And if they don't like you, you'll know it and so will your visitors. You've gotta park in the driveway of who you're visiting; don't park on the street - they're in cahoots with a towing company that'll haul your car away in a heartbeat - ask me how I know. $260 bucks when I was way in the back out of anyone's way. Yet if you know the management, you'll be fine - double standard. Notice the vehicles in these pictures that are parked on the side like I was, yet they're not towed...
