  Mr Berk represented my daughter in a Real Estate transaction and he was great. He did what an attorney should do and that is to represent the client. He doesn't get paid to represent the Real Estate Broker which is what the one star rating lady seems to think is appropriate for an attorney to do. The Realtor represents the seller and I think in the transaction that that lady rated , he represented the buyer. In our transaction he was professional, knowledgeable , always called back, stuck up for his client to no end, and the transaction went smooth. He does like spinach bread so if you hire him maybe treat him to some.

  I was referred to Marc by a very close friend of mine that was also a real estate attorney. I asked for someone who is dilligent , professional and competent and most importantly who wasn't going to charge an arm and two legs. Marc was everything I wanted and more. I had very little interactions with Marc , he mostly handled everything without my involvement. However, he was still responsive to emails and phone calls when I did have concerns. The closing went through without a hitch . Just an overall great experience. Won't hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to anyone else.

  Probably one of my worst experiences IN 15 years, representing a buyer with him as buyers Atty, as a Realtor I always work closely with all parties involved in the transaction. I never have issues with attorneys. I called to introduce myself. No nice introduction, he was rude from the beginnng. He never included me in any attorney review correspondence. Never called me back if I called and left messages. Never answers the phone. Emailed me and others back with rude, nasty comments about how he's doing his job and everyone else is basically not important and ignorant. (He's the attorney and I'm ONLY the Realtor) After getting calls from the sellers Atty close to closing and title agency that he hadn't replied in days and I email him he replies with another rude comment. No apologies, just plain rude. DO NOT USE HIM. WORST MEAN ATTORNEY IN MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. MADE THE DEAL VERY FRUSTRATING as he was Not a team player. Bad Attorney with bad attitude! Not even 1 star, he's negative 5 Stars!
