  Super solid offering from this place. You pretty much can’t go wrong. The line sometimes is long. Try to deal with it with out looking at your cellphone once, talk to other people inline instead. Trust me.

  Don’t let them fool you. I ask every time, “were these bagels made today?” I get a YES every time. At 7:30 am, a fresh bagel should not be cold and firm!! Lol. A bagel only stays fresh for 2-4 hours after baking it. I like the amount of salt you put on your everything. Most places put hardly any. Edit: I raised my review to 3 stars because they have good customer service. It’s a pleasant atmosphere.

  Get your act together guys. This is not the Bergen of old before the building was re-built. Whole Wheat Everything, Toasted, cream cheese. Open the bag, not whole wheat, not toasted. Two people in the store and can't have simple straightforward communication. Worst off, the person taking my order was distracted with a task, so the cashier asked me what I ordered (I hadn't fully yet) and then she comes back sees me talking with the cashier and is annoyed... I didn't engage her, she engaged me, what am I suppose to do? Ignore her, I said "she's taking my order". The whole set up is completely bizarre and poorly designed, why do I have to repeat my order anyway? Why isn't there a ticket system like *every where else in the food service industry*. You can't see the cream cheese selection until after you choose a bagel because they have the salad bar at the beginning of the line... Why? Terrible design choices and smug staff, except the manager, he seems alright but poorly staffed.

  Went to Bergen Bagels on Sunday 2/12/16. I was Surprised the Bagels didn't taste the same as the usual crispy fresh Bagels I'm used to . Time 7:30am ... Whats up Began??? PLEASE DON'T FALL OFF..ALSO THE MUFFINS WERE HARD AS ROCKS...And the guy behind the counter threw my cookie in the bag with out wrapping it in the usual wrapping paper.
