  I had the pleasure of working with Morgan McNelly this last April. She, along with her colleagues, were incredibly caring, helpful, and patient through out the whole process! Because of my schedule, Morgan worked with me over three or four evenings to lay out all of my options, make sure I understood the processes of each option available, and walked me through the paperwork and steps to get me into my new car- answering any and all questions I had along the way! This was a night and day difference from what I had experienced at a previous dealership. I would suggest Berge VW to anyone looking for a new VW. Their customer service and no-pressure policy sets them apart from others. Ask for Morgan!

  We were greeted upon entering the showroom. Our sales associate was kind and we test drove a car. We told him we were just looking and I liked that he didn't make any pressure to buy. Now, his manager was completely different. He kept pushing the issue. The pushing is good if you are giving information not already discussed but pushing too much was just a turn off.

  DeAndre White was an absolute gentlemen in his work. Made me feel great from the moment I met him to the moment I drove off on my brand new vehicle. He answered all my questions, was very honest and never tried to push the sale on me. I can definitely appreciate an honest and genuine salesman. Thanks Dre you were first class my man!

  Amazing service from top to bottom! We where on a mission with only one car in mind but we knew we where not most qualifying customers and with not a lot of cash on hand. After much discussion, our amazing sales agent DeAndre and with help of his manager. We got a deal we simply could not pass. Overall, what we most appreciated in our visit was the customer service factor! A++!! Not to mention, the establishment is clean and well maintained with complimentary coffee and tea!

  I came in with a friend who was looking to test drive a few vehicles. We thought we were going to get ambushed as soon as we pulled in, but were pleasantly surprised when we weren't. Dre helped us with our test drives and gave us some great vehicle options. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once my friend decided she wanted to purchase a Tiguan, the guys were able to come up with a good deal and financing to match. Taylor, in financing, was entertaining, but got us through the process quickly and without a hitch. I would recommend Berge to anyone looking for a new or used car.
