::I got contacted in regards to recall on my daughter's Ford Fiesta by Berge Ford. I called to make an appointment and at the time the young lady on the other end asked if I would be waiting for the recall to be completed and I told her yes. At no time did she indicate that the amount of time for this to be completed was going to take four and a half hours. I showed up this morning for the recall to be completed on the vehicle and was told by the service advisor Nicolette that the recall was going to take four and a half hours and that I could take a shuttle service home. After contemplating I decided to go ahead and say since I was already there and just take the shuttle service and get a ride back over to pick up the car later on today. Sat in the lobby for approximately half an hour at which time the shuttle driver came in and told me I'm sorry but there is a 15-mile radius which I can take people home. I live 30 miles away. So I was fuming by now went over and talked to the service advisor Nicolette at what she gave no Solutions and just simply said yeah that's how long it's going to take will try to get it done faster but I can't make any promises. This place has the absolute worst service ever when it comes to Car Service. I have never been treated like this and every place that I have been to before has always try to accommodate as much as possible especially when it was their fault that something happened. It seems like this place does not care about retaining customers or making a good impression to keep people coming back. They obviously don't need me or my money or my business so I never will be back at this place. I have decided to go ahead and use San Tan Ford instead and already they let me know how long the recall is going to take and what to expect from the appointment while I was on the phone.

::This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a large dealership. I remember going their website to look for a Ford Taurus. I was able to locate one and I submitted my application online. ::So let me start off by saying everyone I I worked with was amazing. Cody fought hard to meet my price point and was very knowledgeable and honorable. Glenn took care of me the day I came in to pick up the truck and was super helpful and friendly. I also had the pleasure of getting to know Brett who struck me as just a good, down to earth and super friendly guy. He had a small blemish removed for me on the driver door as well as other helpful recommendations. Richard in finance made the paperwork as painless as possible and Victoria was just a gem helping me and getting me setup on Ford internet accounts. She even called a few days later to follow up and see how i was doing. In closing let me say that the entire experience was professional, fun and I never felt pressured. I will recommend Berge Ford to all my family and friends and when I need to buy another vehicle I'm going to Berge first. Thank you all for making my 2018 F150 truck dream come true.
