  Thank you Karen for your kindness! I recently ordered flowers for my DIL who has been hospitalized for an extended time. During the order process I became emotional. Karen reassured me it was ok and to take my time, and said its difficult when someone you love is so far away. She even went to the gift shop to include something special with the flowers. To me, this is an act of kindness I will never forget.
