    PROS: The Customer Service and Sales Department at this dealership are Excellent! CORPORATE CON: The following comment has to do with Bentley USA/Worldwide. They censor comments posted directly on their Social media sites and there is no review that I found on Google specifically for the corporate site. So, I’m forced to leave it here. I WOULD NOT recommend buying a brand new Bentley. Why? They ARE NOT maintaining adequate minimum levels of parts inside of their Kentucky US based warehouse. In case of the 2016 GT Continental and most likely other models; they are custom making each bumper in England. The bumpers are then shipped by order to the States. If yours happen to be the 8th order and they only produced 6 then you have to wait for the next batch. I have been waiting since the first week of August 2016 on a rear bumper. One finally arrives on or about September 19. But they shipped the wrong bumper after being given the VIN number and photos. Now, I have to wait an additional approximately 2 weeks to get the right bumper and another week or so to pick up my car. This car has been in the shop longer than I have been driving it. We are 9 going on 10 months into the year. There should be minimum levels of parts maintained in the US warehouse so the customer is not inconvenienced having to wait on custom orders. 2016 didn't just roll in yesterday. When speaking to Corporate, I’m being told since this is a specialty car Bentley does not want to essentially incur the cost of having a warehouse full of inventory. My response to that was, “so you save money at the expense of inconveniencing the customer, whose purchases keep you in business. This is unacceptable!!! I will not be purchasing another Bentley nor will I be advising my friends and family to. I can't go through this again.
