  We have a 22/27k Generac Stationary Generator which needed to be repaired. We called Benson due to the fact that another repair service misdiagnosed the issue . This other company was another Generac trained company! We called the morning, the day before a blizzard and they were extremely busy. The technician, Andre and his crew, made the necessary repairs late at night as the storm began. This is a wonderful company, Glen, the owner, was in communication with me throughout the evening. Andre and his crew discovered the problem immediately, never complained about the weather and worked diligently. Andre had it fixed and by midnight we were up and running.   Customer service poor. You signed and paid for service contract, but nobody keep track for service .
