  On Sat night, me, my wife and many our colleagues, among them President of the Company, Vice President of HR, Vice President of Sales, Mill manager, Quality Manager, Shipping and Logistics Manager, Controller and some other colleagues with spouses went to you bar in the hotel. First of all the male senior waiter was not really polite. Then he asked my 30 y old wife her ID. Her driving license is expired and she is waiting for new card to be issued and she has a legal prolongation from DMV making her expired photo ID valid till the end of February. Your employees don't know that apparently even though they constantly referring to the Oregon law. The waiter called the manager, I think her name was Liza Bohles. This also rude lady came and told my wife to leave the bar because it was Oregon law and she didn't have ID (in her unqualified opinion). Everybody from our group stood up and left. And nobody has a positive opinion about your hotel and your staff. You humiliated without any reason my wife in front of so many people without legit reason.

  From the prefect location downtown to the spacious suites! This Hotel gets 5🌟. The customer service is excellent! The bar has great cocktails!

  Old world charm in the heart of the city center. The staff is helpful and professional. The large suite was spacious with standard amenities. Pro tip: If you're looking for a modern, stylish urban hotel, this is not the place for you, I suggest you look somewhere else.
