  Went to Benn some time ago and found that he and a staff memeber were very rude. A Staff memberfailed to cancel out my appt. As I had tried to tell the Dr. What I experienced he snapped at me and put me through unnecessary pain as a form of revenge for talking out against his staff member. I'm not sure but I think this staff member may have been related to him. His and her behaviors were very unprofessional. To think he treated an individual in his community in such a way is atrocious.

  Had bad experiences with the dentist but Dr Benn was very good !!!

  I was looking for oral surgeon because my then 7 year old son was in extreme pain and I was referred to Dr. Ben...we had a great experience...my son is a bit rambunctious and was extremely anxious...the assistants were super patient and they took great care of my baby...to say the least I was impressed and Dr.Ben was patient yet swift so before my son could drop a tear his tooth was out! And the added bonus was he is an in Network Oral Surgeon because I have DC37 Dental Insurance...I would definitely recommend Dr. Ben to anyone especially in a dental emergency!

  My name is Mrs.Ellerbee, I have been seeing Doctor benn for over a year now and I must say he is the greatest and he always makes me feel comfortable I would recommend him to anyone and I have always been scared of dentist but now I only trust him, thank u dr. Benn and your whole staff, ok new REVIEW I been going to dr been three times now in two weeks n I think Tuesday is going to be my last time, now my first visit two weeks ago I got a root canal n had to come back the same with for another one n two extractions n he left a sharp bone sticking out my gums now it wouldn't be so bad if I could have had good enough pain meds to help me through the weekend but no he prescribed Motrin 400mg which I have to take like 8 to relieve myself from pain n mine u I only have 20 pills smh i feel like I wanna jump out my window so I could just not feel this pain no more smh I just thought a dentist would understand the pain more then anyone would but I guess not, I have lost respect for this clinic n I won't recommend him to no one else
